This practice is grounded in the belief that thoughtful architecture has the power to shape how people live, work, and experience spaces. We approach each project with creative discipline, translating ideas into spaces that are purposeful and deeply considered. For many clients, we act as a guide through the entire design process, bringing clarity to their vision and shaping it into architecture that feels both natural and intentional. For others, we assist in the inception of much larger developments. Our work is rooted in listening first, no matter the size of the job. Every decision is made with care, balancing our design with the realities of construction. We aim to create spaces that focus on the people in and around them. Design sense is not so common.

Profile :

The company owner profile part of the website has never been one of my favorite things, but I want to find a way to describe my appreciation for design and architecture to those that have made it to this part of the website. I can try to convince you I am the best architect, or that I will have the best design or the most sustainable solution, instead, I am simply going to be honest with you…

I’ve known I wanted to be an architect since I was in elementary school. I think it all started when my parents renovated our family home. I have always been a problem solver, enjoying figuring out complex puzzles and brain-teasers. That’s exactly how I look at every project that comes across my desk in my professional experience. Architecture is about solving problems while creating spaces that are meaningful. Sometimes that even means solving problems before they are even there. I believe that the special attention to detail that Architecture requires has helped push me though my career so far. I have been in the Architecture and Construction field for over 10 years now, starting as an intern and now delivering eight figure contract, half million square feet spaces. Becoming a bit of a generalist, I have designed projects as small as three hundred square foot lobbies to half million square foot warehouses and delivery centers to NYC townhomes and small residential additions. The same consideration is always given to them all to make sure they can be and are delivered successfully.

Starting this firm has always been a goal of mine and I try to approach the profession from the place of someone who is living their childhood dream as a professional. I do truly enjoy Architecture as a means of creating moments for those who experience it. I am a Registered Architect in the state of New York, but I’m also a real estate investor too. Growing up on Long Island and owning property in the city has given me a real interest in how buildings, and even communities, actually work and how they can change over time. Not every design is created equal but good design speaks for itself.

When I’m not working on your project, I’m usually doing something like working out, playing sports, go karting, or maybe playing some video games. I enjoy being outside with some great weather and nature. I love watching Formula One, Football and Basketball. I have a real passion for traveling everywhere and exploring different cities and cultures. I also consider myself a huge foodie, always looking to try new restaurants or cook something up at home. I count designing food as architecture too, if we're being honest, it just tastes amazing. I am a self-certified home chef on the weekends but I am always an Architect.

I think what makes a successful Architect are the relationships they create and their ability to deliver their designs or projects. I have the experience to speak confidently about my abilities to do those very things. At the end of the day, I just love being part of this city and the areas that surround it while also helping my clients build something that lasts. I hope to help you create something special to remember, or simply solve any architectural issues you may have.
